The Position: We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our inside sale team. Our pay range is highly competitive and is designed for only Results Driven & Resourceful Sales Professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a results-focused sales team
  • Engagement of the sales team through motivation, coaching, and sales skills education.
  • Achieving planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets and holding the sales team properly accountable
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key performance metrics
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new sales team members
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team through weekly observations of the sales team for key behavior delivery and coaching for improved performance.
  • Invest in personal growth to advance their career and skills
  • Have fun at work and be a great member of a growing leadership great team

The Location: Streamline is based in Huntington beach with a planned move to a new state-of-the-art office in downtown Long Beach. This is a great place to work because of the many things to do and the excellent selection of restaurants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
